Titration schedules may vary based on tolerability. In TRIUMPH, the target dose was 9 breaths per treatment session, 4x daily. In TRIUMPH OLE, patients could increase to 12 breaths at the discretion of the investigator.3,4

Treatment sessions can be scheduled around daily activities, approximately every 4 waking hours.2
